AURHA
Clinical Skills Trips
AURHA is proud to offer medical students the opportunity to spend a day or two enhancing their clinical skills in beautiful rural SA. The group of students (usually about 15-20) travel to their destination and spend a morning enjoying clinical skills sessions and practice OSCE stations in a relaxed environment. The afternoon is spent exploring the surrounding countryside, with first year students exploring Victor Harbor and Granite Island, second year students marvelling at the majestic Murray River and third year students sampling the Clare Valley’s finest wines. The fourth year trip takes students to Quorn in the Flinders Ranges; this is an overnight trip exploring the attraction and reality of rural and remote medicine.
